Today is one of them days; where we know we should be doing something like school work, or housework or something along those lines of thinking BUT we seem to be moving like snails and avoiding such tasks... instead i've enjoyed a morning of reading and surfing the net for resources & printables, while the children have enjoyed making habitats, for some newly found pets that the children at church help catch.
After doing a little research i think J3 has found a borrowing dung beetle; and J1 has found a skink lizard.
{Ooooo - i think ill use today to kick start new studies: 'Gods creation', 'Beetles', 'Lizards' and 'story writing'.}
These containers have so many uses lol.
Introducing kuncky in her? newly built home... If my girl had it her way, the poor beetle would have buttons, glitter, paint and all kinds of non bug things decorating its home...we do hope she likes the cow manure potting mix, that we took from the garden ?
{she finally accepted that it might harm pleffy, instead of making it happy.}
and this is Captain Ploovey, in his fresh new diggs ... with a tummy full of moths, that Joel had caught earlier .. he loves his swimming pool but jumped out when he saw the camera lol.
so all in all, it was a good morning, if i do say so myself heehee. Now to find some motivation and get a few chores done.
